degradation and odor control.
BioAccess TD BIOBLOCK incorporates advanced technology for grease
degradation. By combining the long chain fatty acid degradation
by Gram negative vegetative strains with the organic degradation
by Gram positive spores, BIOBLOCK achieves highly effective
fat, oil and grease removal.
This consortium of selectively adapted, naturally occurring
organisms provides superior enzymatic activity that specifically
targets the hard to degrade grease, fat and oil that collects
in pipes and grease traps. It was designed to perform both in
aerobic and anaerobic environments. The BIOBLOCK's formulation
stimulates microbial activity making fats and greases more readily
available for degradation, yet it does not mobilize grease to
the effluent stream.
BIOBLOCK treatment liquefies and digest grease and organic waste
so that systems require less pumping. Systems treated with BIOBLOCK
produce less objectionable odors and regular use of BIOBLOCK
reduces the chance of costly and inconvenient system back-ups.
BIOBLOCK's specialized delivery system provides the capabilities
of BioAccess Biologicals' microbial technology in long-lasting,
slow release form.
